• Return requests must be submitted within the FIRST seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. After the seven (7) calendar days, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• The artwork returned must be in the same condition that you received it. Returns will not be granted for any artwork that has been altered in any way after the purchase.
• The artwork must be in its original packaging.
• Provide any evidence of the issue (including the artwork and the original packaging). If there is any damage to the package, don’t open it, and contact me immediately.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• All refunds will be remitted in USD.
• Refunds will be processed back only to the original form of payment once the artwork has been received back and the issue has been inspected.
• Import fees and customs tariffs are not included in your final checkout total. The buyer is responsible for these fees and refusal to pay is not grounds for return.
